My clients shouldn't pay for an expensive office building and company lunches, so all our work is remote. While I can do personal one on one meetings, if you are local, I do most meetings through Microsoft Teams or Zoom so we aren't limited by distance and you don't waste time leaving your office for a meeting. With today's technology even legal documents can be handled through electronic signature. This doesn't mean you won't get personal friendly service, it just means I save unnecessary time and expense which can be put toward maintaining a reasonably priced product that is high quality.
